What does success look like?

• Be THE go-to internal Twitter expert and advocate for your region
• Be a master collaborator across different functions within Twitter
• Be proactive in coming up new thinking on how Twitter can play a broader role in your region
• Provide unparalleled service to partners and influencers in region
• Be a key contributor to the growth of your region

Responsibilities:

• Understand media landscape and related Twitter integrations and make recommendations on future media integrations possibly helping to conduct low-touch integrations
• Manage, track and expand Twitter's numerous relationships with high-profile influencers in region; increase the active usage of Twitter significantly among them
• Prepare VIT materials, including presentations, case studies, training handouts, and/or best practice guides.
• Provide front-line technical support to key accounts/influencers users of Twitter, solving problems and escalating to internal support and policy teams as needed
• Work closely with internal communications and outside PR teams around region/in-country communications
• Participate in developing strategies that scale Twitter’s reach and impact
• Prepare comprehensive reports on current market state
• Proactively host delegations at Twitter from out of country
• Execute routine management tasks, including coordinating internal and external meetings, reviewing and approving requests for account verification, managing outreach for new feature deployments, and maintaining contact lists for key users

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of the country’s cultural and political landscape
• Exceptional understanding of Twitter and social media’s impact on region
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, in person and in writing, to many different audiences – you want to be the voice of Twitter
• Experience conducting data-driven analyses to drive decision-making
• Comfort devising and conducting research projects
• Mastery of Powerpoint, Keynote, Excel and all the other tools of business
• 7+ years work experience (or equivalent), including work related to the region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required, Filipino a plus
• BA required
